Enhanced Job Retrieval and Analysis

The new release of Realtrac's real-time ERP job shop management software allows users to retrieve and analyze within a few seconds information for many thousands of previous jobs and estimates, resulting in better decisions for quoting and manufacturing new jobs.

The performance history of families of parts can quickly be analyzed in order to estimate the costs and optimum selling prices for new quotations. Advanced wild card searches of part descriptions, group reference numbers, and drawing or part numbers will display immediately all jobs or estimates with similar characteristics. Relevant process plans for prior jobs can easily be reviewed to help determine the most efficient way of manufacturing similar parts.

A new All Jobs and Estimates Detail screen provides the ability to filter and sort jobs and estimates by combinations of key data in order to display the information that will be most helpful. For selected records, the user can drill down to display full details, including cost history and process plans. Right clicking in key fields on the Job Order or Estimate Entry screens immediately displays all prior jobs and estimates with the same properties.
