Detail Job Cost Reports
These management reports provide ISO audit trails of operation
results by machine and employee, which include date, time,
piece counts and profitability.
Overall Cost Summary Display
At any time, you can view the accumulated unit costs and
hours for an Active or Closed job.
Overall Cost Summary Graph
For any job, you can print a Cost Summary Report with pie
chart graphs showing the percentage distribution of the
components of each cost category.
Realtrac continuously updates job costs as
labor hours are collected and material, sub-contractor and
other outside costs are posted to the Bill Screen.
Cost Each calculations are based on the
current number of pieces completed (manufactured) as shown
on the Router. The values displayed are based on the current
Work Station and Employee rates.
Overall Cost Summary
A real-time summary of current costs and profitability for
a job can be viewed by clicking on the Cost button
at the bottom of the Job Order Entry screen. The Overall
Cost Summary screen is displayed.
