Realtrac’s Bill of Material (BOM) function allows you to maintain a list of materials and outside services needed to produce one finished part, including the quantity required, vendor, and price for each item. And, once a BOM is created or modified, it’s available for any estimates or jobs for the same part.

A special Job Bill screen records actual purchases of materials, subcontractor services, and other items as they are consumed, along with when they occurred and the cost. Using our integrated system ensures that job-related items, detail information, and costs are automatically inserted in the Bill screen upon receipt. Finished parts transferred to a Sales Order also appear on the Bill screen—which means all the information you need is easy to access with just a click.
