System Implementation

Realtrac's unique Quick Start program allows users to be operational within a few hours of delivery of the software. Field engineers can provide on-site installation and training for a turnkey system.

Training is provided on-site or via Web Conference services.

A printed User's Guide and Guided Tour CD comes with the software. Realtrac on-line help includes a Getting Started Tutorial.


Software Maintenance

Software upgrades and technical support via toll free telephone and e-mail are provided at no charge for the first year. Continuing support is available through several support plans.
